Tools

Post Processing

Opens the Post Processing dialog where you can and add Introductions, Titles, Outros and Credits to the video file you recorded in IVT Studio. You can learn more about Post Processing here.

Adjust Audio Sync

Occasionally, due to dropped video frames etc, the video can get out of sync with the audio track. This will be noticeable when you play back your presentation in Studio and the lip movements are not synchronized to the audio playback. When this happens you can use the Audio Sync tool to improve synchronization. See the Preview and Adjustments section of this document for a detailed description of this tool.

Adjust Slide Sync

Occasionally, due to dropped video frames etc, the video can get out of sync with the slide flips. This will be noticeable when you play back your presentation in Studio and the slide flips occur slightly before or after the time that they are expected to occur. Usually the slide flips will be synchronized for the first few slides but synchronization will get gradually worse for later slides. When this happens you can use the Slide Sync tool to improve synchronization. See the Preview and Adjustments section of this document for a detailed description of this tool.

VU Meter

This will open the VU Meter where you can test the audio levels of your audio device. It is recommended that you test the audio levels and then close the VU Meter before recording your IVT Studio presentation.

This opens the statistics dialog for the project you that you are currently working with. If you have not deployed the project it will not open as there are not statistics to view yet. See the Managing Projects section of this document for detailed information on IVT Studio statistics.

Status

This opens the Status dialog. This is an important dialog in IVT Studio where you can see all the presentations that you have created as well as the usage statistics associated with them. You can also un-publish your projects and email links to your projects from here. If your IVT Studio account is associated with account limits, this is where you would see the account limits and how close you are to these limits and, if necessary, upgrade your limits.
